Sims Recycling Solutions' European facilities have the capacity to process over 300,000 tonnes of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) each year. These include specialist facilities for environmentally friendly fridge and CRT (cathode ray tube) recycling. Recycling e-waste prevents unnecessary landfill and substantially reduces the energy and water usage of global manufacturers by supplying high quality recycled commodities in place of virgin materials.

Our technology asset recovery service refurbishes and redeploys over a million units of IT equipment such as laptop computers and personal digital assistants (PDAs) each year, extending their lifecycle and thus reducing reliance on energy and resource hungry manufacturing.
