We use Blancco® Data Cleaner, the world’s leading secure data destruction tool. It is so integral to our operations that it is embedded within WebView, our asset tracking and management system.
Blancco® is accredited to HMG IA Standard No. 5 - Secure Sanitisation of Protectively Marked or Sensitive Information, Issue 3.1, October 2009. Blancco® erases data on hard disk drives to the higher and lower available standard and specification globally. Blancco® also captures the specification of each CPU based asset (where possible) and writes this data directly to WebView over a secure XML transmission.
As part of the data wiping process, WebView captures, at the point of destruction, a profile of a laptop, PC or server, including a list of software applications installed. This means that we can also offer software asset management services to you so that you can ratify software destruction against your software license register.
