Sims Recycling Solutions supports a “promote from within philosophy” and to that end invests heavily in technical and behavioural training at all levels of the business to grow and develop our people.

From time to time opportunities arise at one of our seven Sims Recycling Solutions or 35 Sims Metal Management depots and offices, including the Head Office near Stratford-upon-Avon.

These include machinery, plant and vehicle operation, supervising, logistics, engineering, logging and testing of returned ICT equipment, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, administration and management.
