With eleven strategically located operations in England, Wales and Scotland, Sims Recycling Solutions provides national electronics recovery services to leading international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), UK WEEE compliance scheme operators and a wide range of businesses and organisations of all sizes.

The three main services we offer are:

• Repair, reuse and recycling services for mobile devices such as mobile phones, smart phones and tablet computers is offered through our S3 interactive business.   S3i works on behalf of Mobile Network Providers, Manufacturers and their supply and returns channels to support the client’s warranty and non-warranty return programs
• Asset recovery services for surplus or end of life IT, media and telecommunications equipment such as desktop computers, networking equipment and computer servers. A range of flexible modules provide asset tracking, warranty returns, data erasure, refurbishment, redeployment, resale and component recovery services.
• Recovery and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) such as lawn mowers, hi-fi equipment, phones and vacuum cleaners for materials recycling. This includes specialist facilities for recycling fridges and processing cathode ray tubes from TVs and computer monitors.

Other services include eco days for company CSR initiatives and e-waste logistics. Products include recycled ferrous metal, non ferrous metal, glass and mixed plastics.
